Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on honey. Honey is a consumable food product and once a jar has been opened it cannot be resold.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

For nucleus colonies (nucs), returns and issues will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss any concerns.
