Our Wildflower Honey from Wrexham is raw, unheated honey produced by our own hives located across Wrexham, Flintshire, and the Cheshire–Shropshire borders. This honey is made naturally by bees foraging on a wide variety of local wildflowers, resulting in a flavour that changes subtly from season to season.

Unlike heavily processed supermarket honey, our wildflower honey is coarsely strained only, removing large particles while retaining natural pollen, enzymes, and flavour compounds. It is never pasteurised or ultra-filtered, allowing the honey to retain its natural texture, aroma, and nutritional profile.

Each batch reflects the local landscape and forage available to the bees at the time of harvest. Expect a well-balanced honey with floral notes, gentle sweetness, and a smooth finish that works equally well drizzled over toast, stirred into hot drinks, or used in cooking and baking.

Our honey is produced in small batches, jarred locally, and sold exactly as nature intended — raw, local, and traceable back to the area it comes from. Crystalisation is a natural process in raw honey and a sign of quality.
